Aysun Hacışevki, who graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Pharmacy with the second highest rank in 1993, finished her master’s in 1996 and her Ph. D. in 2001 in the Department of Basic Pharmacy Sciences/Biochemistry. She got the title of “assistant professor” in 2006 and “associate professor” in 2015. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Florida in 2015. She took part in adminstrative duties at Gazi University Faculty of Pharmacy; Faculty Board Membership, Board Membership, Internship Commission Membership, Internship Directive Preparation Sub-Commission Membership, Quality Assurance and Rating Coordinator Membership, Laboratory Working Rules Committee Membership, Undergraduate Poster Evaluation and Selection Committee Membership, Faculty Promotion Group Membership and Faculty Conference, Symposium Organization. She also worked as Mevlana Exchange Program Coordinator, Farabi Exchange Program Coordinator, GUADEK Department Coordinator and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors, Academic Incentive Unit Commission Member, Academic Performance Unit Commission Member, Education/Foreign Relations Working Team Internship Sub-Working Group and Horizontal Transfer-Adaptation Sub Working Group. At Gazi University Institute of Health Sciences; she served as a Member of the Strategic Planning Team and a Member of the Thesis Directive Preparation Committee and still continues as a Member of the Education Commission and Quality Team. Among the international and national scientific organizations of which she is a member; EACR, TBD, MOKAD, FABAD, SRAAD, KED and YBD, while professional organizations including the Turkish Pharmacists Association, Ankara Chamber of Pharmacists and Gazi University Alumni Association. She served as the Deputy Chairman of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry GKMK between 2018-2021 and the Board Member of the Ankara Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences between 2021-2023. She has been working as the General Secretary of the Life Sciences Association since 2018 and as an Evaluative Faculty Member of ECZAKDER since 2020. Her scientific research areas are molecular and clinical biochemistry, and she has national-international publications, oral and written papers, national-international collaborations, university research funds, TUSEB and TUBITAK projects. Within the scope of other academic activities; book chapters, book chapter translations, seminars and national-international congresses in which she is in the organizing committee, universities research fund or Tübitak project referees, jury memberships and other symposiums, courses, seminars and events she participated in takes places. There are 7 master’s and 2 doctoral dissertations completed under her supervision. Between 2007-2018, she conducted undergraduate Biochemistry courses at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry. In 2017, she took part in the conduct of Biochemistry Trainings in the “EUS Training Program” organized by the Ankara Chamber of Pharmacists. She has 31.FEBS Congress has TÜBİTAK event participation scholarship, publication and project incentive awards. In 2017, she was entitled to receive the “Trainer in Clinical Pharmacy Specialization” authorization approved by the Pharmacy Specialization Board (EUK). She is still a faculty member at Gazi University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Biochemistry, and since 2020, he has been serving as the Vice President of the Department of Biochemistry.
